On the ground floor is a large open space and a cozy living room with fireplace, a spacious dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.
On the 1st floor are 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In total there are 2 double beds and 1 twin bed (which can be made into a double).
A few steps above this level is a secluded solarium with a pool featuring a small waterfall and a characteristic pedestrian stone bridge. A hot shower, hydro-massage, sun beds, umbrellas and towels are all provided.
The rooftop terrace is an excellent spot to watch the sun set from. Some say it’s the ideal spot for a glass of wine or 2…

The villa is located less than 1 mile from Sant’Agata, the nearest town-center, so can be reached by car in just 5 mins. There local amenities can be found such as a supermarket, cafés, banks, pharmacy, car rental agency etc. Local bus lines to/from Sorrento (30 minutes one-way) and the Amalfi Coast make a stop in Sant’Agata. And of course restaurants, including the renowned Michelin-starred Don Alfonso 1890!
The popular farmhouse restaurant Fattoria Terranova next door is a BIG guest favourite. They serve yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients grown on their farm.
Nearby Torca village can be reached by a 10-min walk. For hikers and adventure lovers the Crapolla Fiord can be reached through Torca.
Local pebble beaches of Nerano Bay, La Conca del Sogno and Puolo are only a short drive away and offer spectacular settings as well as “all you need”, that is parking, food facilities, renting of sunbeds and umbrellas etc.
